Today, we are meeting Nina our dedicated sales administrator supporting the AZ, and San Antonio, TX markets. Hailing from Fredericksburg, Texas, Nina embarked on a bold move in 2022, relocating to San Antonio to be closer to her now fiancé. This life change also led her to a career change when she landed at Dolan Roofing & Construction.
Nina’s journey with Dolan began in 2022, bringing 20 years of experience from her previous role in the oilfield industry. Her adaptability, commitment to excellence, problem-solving skills, and strong work ethic quickly made her an invaluable asset to the team.

Nina’s role at Dolan involves supporting the Arizona General Manager, creating sketches, preparing bids, and communicating with clients and insurance companies. She thrives on the challenges each project presents, viewing them as opportunities to learn and grow.
