The office person who coordinated everything was great (Nina) She made sure the claim for the insurance was properly submitted, and negotiated for important aspects of the job. Dolan Roofing and Construction went above and beyond our expectations! With this last big hail storm our roof suffered quite a bit of damage. Our neighbor recommended Dolan and we had the pleasure of meeting Brandis our sales representative. He made the entire process so easy. From meeting our insurance adjuster and marking up our roof the morning of our appointment. He also kept us informed throughout the entire process through both text and email.... and included photos every step of the way. We couldn't be happier. Great company with great employees. Dolan Roofing was fantastic in all phases of our project. After a devastating hail storm Johnny personally came out inspected my roof walked me through the claim process. He also met with the insurance adjuster, and worked supplemental claims. His team replaced my roof in one day, fast efficient, and cleaned up like they were never even here. I am sure my new roof helped sell my house!
