Dolan Roofing did a great job on replacing my roof! Michael Burchardt came out and did an inspection , he was very professional and knowledgeable . I highly recommend Dolan Roofing if you ever need your roof replaced.

I used Dolan on 2 different houses recently. It was a smooth process from the initial assessment, them working directly with the insurance companies, picking colors and options, not having upsell pressure, schedule the work, completing the work, inspecting the final work, and following up after the job was completed. There weren't any discrepancies from the initial quote to the final bill. Initially worked with Johnny, then Shannon, Amanda, and the rest of the office staff. Finally, Mike came out to both jobs to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction and also do final inspections to make sure no detail was missed. Not many contractors I trust and recommend, but the Dolan team will be my go to and recommended roofing contractor.

Dolan Roofing was absolutely fantastic!! First Ryan showed up to do the inspection and planning for the big day. He was thorough, very polite and respectful. Great communication skills and very supportive, showed me the choices of colors, explained in detail about all the materials to be used and their benefits. Now the actual day of roof replacement, Manager Tommy was just awesome!! The work was very professionally done. Nothing related to the actual work or them, but we did face an animal related hiccup. Tommy, Ryan and the whole Dolan team helped seek outside professional help and still kept the project on schedule and the whole roof replacement was done on schedule and completed in the same day. Very Happy with the work. Also post work, they were superbly thorough with the cleanup, I really appreciate that work ethic. Dolan Roofing is the home of absolutely champion experts, I have to say!! We had a great experience with Dolan, from the start of our claim with the insurance, until the end of the process, they were always responsive and helpful, always on time and making the whole experience as painless as possible. Would highly recommend them, their crews are dialed-in and everyone worked efficiently to get our roof done in one day, they cleaned up all the mess from the old roof and make sure all the debris was gone.
