I used Dolan on 2 different houses recently. It was a smooth process from the initial assessment, them working directly with the insurance companies, picking colors and options, not having upsell pressure, schedule the work, completing the work, inspecting the final work, and following up after the job was completed. There weren't any discrepancies from the initial quote to the final bill. Initially worked with Johnny, then Shannon, Amanda, and the rest of the office staff. Finally, Mike came out to both jobs to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction and also do final inspections to make sure no detail was missed. Not many contractors I trust and recommend, but the Dolan team will be my go to and recommended roofing contractor.

Dolan Roofing did an EXCELLENT job on our roof. Johnny and his team were quick, not pushy and professional. We love the look of our roof, and the job was done in one day. They were also very careful with our pool, which we appreciated. Johnny even came back after yesterday’s storm to check on our roof! We’re completely satisfied and would definitely recommend them!

From beginning to end, the Dolan Roofing group kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had. I spoke with Mr. Johnny Dolan and he made me feel comfortable with everything he was telling me and confident the job would be done correctly and professionally. The team who physically came to perform the job were professional, work quickly and did all they could to protect my personal property. After the job, the team did a great job of cleaning up and walking around making all attempts to pick up loose shingles, nails and anything that came off my old roof. Over all I are very satisfied with the professionalism and work that was done. I highly recommend Dolan Roofing for anyone looking for professional quality work and most of all, Honest conversations on what needs to be done.

They did a great job replacing our roof. Customer service is excellent. Completed the job in one day with a big crew. Very professional and the crew cleaned everything up when they were done! Johnny has been great to work with. We are very happy with their work and our new roof would definitely recommend!

They were very friendly and professional. Most importantly, they took the time to explain all details of the new installation of our roof as well as go over any and all insurance questions we had. They were always available! I would highly recommend Dolan Roofing and Construction to anyone!
