After 5 years in business, it’s time to celebrate! 
Time flies when you’re repairing, restoring, and replacing roofs! This June, we passed the 5-year mark for Dolan Roofing & Construction, and we couldn’t be prouder of all the work we’ve done in that time. To celebrate, we threw a company party in honor of our anniversary—and to ring in many more years of being the best roofing company in San Antonio!
While our values have remained steadfast, our company has certainly grown and changed a whole lot since 2016. So in today’s post, we’re taking a look back at our first 5 years in business. We hope you’ll help us celebrate!
Staying true to our roots
While the Dolan family has been in the roofing industry for decades, Dolan Roofing & Construction was founded in 2016. We set out with more than 30 years of combined experience in the roofing and restoration business, and we were ready to make a difference in our communities. Since getting our start, our team has restored 32 homes and counting from major storms, water damage, fire damage, and more.

Experts in roof repair and replacement
Over time, we began putting our range of experience to work in all facets of roofing, including both residential and commercial projects, large and small. We had plenty of experience starting out, and we’ve only gained more since then!
In the last 5 years, we’ve replaced at least 2,250 roofs throughout San Antonio, and repaired many others. In that time, we’ve gone through more than our fair share of shingles—with upwards of 4.5 million installed by our expert roofers!
Weathering the storms
Even as we’ve strived to be the best roofing company in San Antonio, we’ve continued to specialize in storm restoration for homes throughout the communities where we operate. And major storms are more common than you might think!
Over the last 5 years we’ve been in business, we’ve seen 17 hail storms cause damage to countless roofs. That’s a lot of punishment for roofs in both locations, but we’ve always been prepared with fast and reliable emergency repair and restoration services for affected homeowners.
Giving back to our communities
At Dolan Roofing, we know that we wouldn’t have gotten anywhere without our wonderful and loyal San Antonio roofing customers. In addition, we strive to embody the value of loving our neighbors at every turn.
Because of that, we’ve always considered serving our community to be part of our responsibility as a locally owned and operated roofing company. Since our inception in 2016, Dolan Roofing has helped 17 local organizations as a way of giving back to our communities. In the years to come, we hope to help many more!
A growing roofing family
When we look back at the past 5 years, one prevailing trend we see is that of steady growth. And that goes for more than just the amount of business we’ve done in that time—our Dolan Roofing family has grown, too!
In the last 5 years, we’ve added 10 new Dolan employees to our team, and we’ve been delighted at the contributions each one of them has made to our family. Not only that, but we’ve also added to our own families, too! One marriage and three births later, the Dolan Roofing family covers many generations.

Of course, what these numbers don’t capture is that none of this would be possible if not for our wonderful San Antonio customers choosing Dolan as their roofing partner over the years.
